You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) within the academic year 2023-2024.
If you register as a student, you will need to send a proof during the registration to info@icmc2024.cl (Either a student ID card including the academic year, a letter from your supervisor or a registration or attendance certificate).

There is a limited amount of reduced fees for students.

*Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a full refund, less a US$70 administrative fee, until February 19th. After that date no refunds are possible.

In addition to the standard fee you must provide US$20, which is the extra charge for the transfer.

3. Registration for participants in Chile (instructions in Spanish)
En caso de que una institución sea la responsable del pago de su inscripción, ésta debe enviar una orden de compra por el valor de la inscripción.

Una vez que recibamos la orden de compra, se facturará en pesos chilenos.

Los datos para emitir la orden de compra son los siguientes:

- Razón social: Instituto Sistemas Complejos de Ingeniería
- Rut: 65.908.140-7
- Giro: Investigación y desarrollo de ingeniería
- Dirección: República 695, Santiago

En caso de que el pago se realice de forma particular, éste puede realizarse mediante transferencia bancaria, depósito en efectivo o cheque.

Para cualquiera de las opciones anteriores se debe enviar un comprobante, ya sea la colilla de depósito escaneada, o un correo de la transferencia electrónica a info@icmc2024.cl
